My client is a UK market leading vehicle dealership based in Crawley who requires an experienced Service Advisor to join a commercial dealership. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience within a dealership franchise and be able to effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the telephone. They will need to be organised, good at prioritising, and have excellent customer service skills. The role involves keeping the customer informed on the progress of the service or repair and ensuring that the vehicles are handed back to the customer to a high standard.
The role involves working a 45 hour week to include 1 in 3 Saturdays. The company offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
