This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join a leading motor company in Crawley.
My client is a UK market leading vehicle dealership based in Crawley who require an experience Service Administrator.
Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
- Contacting customers by telephone
- Liaising with other members of the team
- Taking service bookings
- Processing invoices
- Placing orders
- Administration experience essential - at least 2 years
- Service administration experience preferred
- Good at prioritising
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Good at working to deadlines
The role involves working a 45 hour week to include 1 in 4 Saturdays. The company offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
