Job Description

£23,800 per annum (including shift allowance)

Shift Hours:

40 hours + 15 minute handover beginning of each shift

Hours of work: Alternating weekly shift pattern Monday to Friday

6:00am to 2:00pm

2:00pm to 10:00pm

10:00pm to 6:00am

As part of a three team rotational shift system

You will carry out day to day operational tasks on the production Plants and offloading bulk deliveries, whilst assisting in maintaining the highest standards of health & safety performance, housekeeping and procedural and regulatory compliance.

To provide a flexible, customer focused service aimed at maximising plant efficiency.

Duties include:

  • Heavy lifting
  • Waste water management/handling & process optimisation
  • Boiler operations
  • Tanker loading/offloading operations
  • Low skill maintenance activities including the support of the maintenance
  • Stock level inventory
  • Proactive faults and breakdowns reporting
  • Maintaining good standards of documentation/ records

The position would suit:

  • A physically fit person
  • Own transport essential
  • Ideally experience of shift patterns
  • Literate & numerically confident with some operational experience
