A leading local restaurant requires a Sous Chef/Chef de Partie working as part of an established, successful team. You will expect on average 40 lunch covers during winter weekdays and 200 on winter Sundays. The owners want someone who is experienced with at least 2 years working with similar volume and in a similar environment. Hours are 42 hours per week, over 5 days working split shifts during the week and working an 8/9 hour shift on the weekend. Transport is essential due to the location. 4 weeks holiday per year, salary is £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience. Position available immediately.
