We are currently recruiting for 2 x Account Managers to manage Swiss Accounts and business on behalf of a global brand. based out of a modern contact centre in Southend, Essex.
You will be working in a fast paced busy environment conducting B2B conversations over the phone. Ideally you will be a German -Speaking Swiss national or be German speaking with a good knowledge or experience of Swiss culture and environment.
You will be an Account Manager with exceptional telephone and negotiation skills.
You must be fluent German and English Language.
Either be from Switzerland or may have worked or lived there for a period of time.
You must be experienced in working in a customer facing environment
Experience in working in a sales role or sales through service role
Contact Centre experience would be an advantage.
Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience,
