As Team Leader you will manage a team of pensions administrators, ensuring overall team performance to meet current and future business needs. You will plan, prioritise and distribute work taken on by team.
With strong people management and interpersonal skills you will provide guidance to team members on all aspects of work and on more complex issues and problems that are outside the established guidelines, policies and procedures.
A self-starter, you will constantly aim to improve standards and develop new procedures.
Attentive to detail, you will maintain an awareness of other business activities and work flexibly across other departments.
Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and third parties.
Organised and efficient, you will monitor, produce and act on performance measurement information to support the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the team.
Holding a relevant pensions qualification (FPC/QPA) with an awareness of budget procedures, you will have previous occupational pensions and client-facing experience. You will also have current knowledge of pensions legislation.
