Sammons are recruiting for an experience Pensions Administration Team Leader for a leading UK Pensions specialist.
Responsible for leading a team and managing the operational system. Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of pensions in line with client and member demand.
You will deliver day to day pensions administration service for portfolio of client(s). This includes ad-hoc requirements, reporting, scheme and member event work.
Identify any trends which will improve quality, identify training needs or improve efficiencies within the team.
Support and coach team members, highlight and assist with any training and development needs.
People management and DC pensions knowledge is essential, good project experience would also be beneficial
