Responsible for leading a team and managing the operational system. Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of pensions in line with client and member demand.
You will deliver day to day pensions administration service for portfolio of client(s). This includes ad-hoc requirements, reporting, scheme and member event work.
Identify any trends which will improve quality, identify training needs or improve efficiencies within the team. Manage projects, client communications and attend client/trustee meetings.
Support and coach team members, highlight and assist with any training and development needs.
For this role you will need to be technically proficient and have past experience managing a team within a DB/DC pensions environment.
