Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a skilled Team Leader or Senior Administrator looking to develop for one of the UK's leading pensions consultancies.
Responsible for leading a team and managing the operational system. Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of pensions in line with client and member demand.
You will deliver day to day pensions administration service for a high-profile client. This includes ad-hoc requirements, reporting, scheme and member event work.
Identify any trends which will improve quality, identify training needs or improve efficiencies within the team.
Support and coach team members, highlight and assist with any training and development needs.
