In this role you will lead and manage project co-ordinators, distribute work, deliver on SLA's and make sure all work is produced within guidelines. Be responsible for staff development and on-going training.
Day to day client meetings, liaise with senior stakeholders externally and internally, produce administration reports and deal with any incoming queries.
Be hands on and manage and participate in projects as required from the business and/or clients from time to time.
Strong experience of pensions administration and pensions legislation is essential, management background and strong project exposure also key.
