Full time Technical Assistant to join an award-winning Internet Service Provider supplying connectivity to businesses across the UK.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who has bags of energy and loves being part of a team in a fast-paced busy environment. You'll be comfortable following our processes but also thrive on the challenge of solving a problem when a more complex requirement needs some creative thinking.
You'll have patience and exceptional customer service skills so it's possible that you're currently working in a customer facing role, perhaps in retail, food or leisure. Maybe you've dreamed of working in a company like this , with great future career opportunities, but thought it was too much of a step up.
You can also instinctively use computers and specifically Microsoft products such as Word and Outlook so you'll also have excellent spelling, grammar and numeracy.
You'll become a key part of the customer facing team. You'll be processing new orders, engaging with suppliers and keeping the customer and internal teams updated. You'll be comfortable getting things done over the telephone and via email. The role will also include other activities away from your desk such as following processes to pre-configure equipment along with packaging and dispatch. But above all you'll be using your enthusiasm and dedication in doing everything possible to ensure your customer gets their service delivered to their deadline and right first time.
- GCSE level Maths and English
General skills require:
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service
- Must be a team player
- Highly organised
