Temporary Customer Service/Administrator Eastbourne

My client is looking for an ongoing temporary Customer Service/Administrator who must have experience in the following:
- Dealing with a high volume of customer queries by phone, email or web chat.
- Helping customers to find a solution to the enquiry swiftly and accurately.
Knowledge of a finance or insurance background would be advantageous but not essential.
Monday to Friday 9-6pm
