Position: Customer Service Supervisor, Full-time 40hours per week/Temporary

Salary: £11.50-12.50ph

Start date: ASAP

Location: Hastings, East Sussex, Office and remote working


We are working with an award winning and fast growing company that is looking for customer service supervisors to join their fun, passionate and experienced customer service team. The most important criteria for this role will be: you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be available 7 days a week on a rotational basis, 7am until midnight.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic role that will adapt to the changing needs of the organisation and its customers. Duties include:

  • Coordinate the daily workload of the customer service team to ensure service volumes and quality levels are attained
  • Write and implement process changes as the company develops and introduces new services
  • Oversee, lead and train customer service team in accordance with quality standards, company policy and best practice
  • Manage inbound calls from customers, resolve enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise closely with and provide support to clinical staff and partners to ensure customer needs are met
  • Listen and understand the needs of customers and colleagues to swiftly resolve issues as they arise
  • Be a positive ambassador for the organisation
  • Provide administrative support and working closely with and providing support to the wider team and across different disciplines as required

Person specification:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar supervisory/team manager role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • True team player, willing to work from the ground up
  • Ability to manage own workload and take initiative without prompting
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to think critically and quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring dependable quality in everything you do
  • Natural enthusiasm and willingness to get involved and develop professionally
