Temporary Document Controller - Part Time Eastbourne

Part Time and Temporary Document Controller required for a one month booking starting at the beginning of May 2017. Your duties will include the following:

  • Printing and converting drawings from Autocad to PDF files
  • Uploading and downloading documents from dedicated online file sharing sites
  • Providing general support to Engineers
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets

You must possess strong IT and administration skills, be able to learn tasks quickly and be a good communicator. Experience of using Buzzsaw would be an advantage.

You will be required to work four hours per day, 3 days a week, which must include Monday and Friday, the third day is flexible.
