We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator with Minute Taking experience who has worked in a Project environment on a full-time basis in Lewes. The post holder will be required to assist with, and provide administration support for the development and implementation of all projects.
The role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of projects, able to assist and support the work of the team, providing organisational and administrative skills to a high standard.
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Diary management
- Coordinating and arranging meetings
- Minute taking
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring relevant paperwork is collated and circulated in a timely manner
- Managing small projects
- Minute taking experience
- Previous experience in a Project environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
