Position: Temporary Project Assistant

Location: Eastbourne (Working from Home)

Salary: Competitive

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Assistant for our Eastbourne-based client. This is a temporary role for approximately 4 months and you would be working from home.

Duties include:

  • Supporting with the development of projects and services and aiding the Assistant Director in monitoring these
  • Assisting with and co-ordinating the development of projects as agreed ensuring that proposed developments meet specified requirements
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders in the delivery of projects
  • Maintaining systems as required to plan, track, monitor and report on projects including risk and issue management
  • Carrying out research to support projects, as appropriate
  • Compiling appropriate reports for senior managers and project managers
  • Carrying out such other tasks as may from time to time be allocated to the post

Required Skills:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be conversant with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

You must also be willing to meet any travel requirements if required.
