Position: Temporary Stores Person (Picker)

Location: Loughton, Essex

Salary: £8.00 per hour

Ref: T5LE/1374575

We are currently looking for a Temporary Stores Person (Picker) to work within the Mechanical Stores Department for our client based in Loughton, Essex, starting ASAP.

Required duties are as follows:

  • Responsible for kit picking and processing, working to predetermined picking list, preparing kits of parts for assembly on the shop floor
  • To ensure any outstanding shortages are delivered to the shop floor.
  • The maintenance and control of all stock within the department, this includes responsibility for goods inwards, putting items away in correct locations after counting etc.
  • Preparation of spares orders for despatch to customers both in the UK and overseas.
  • To ensure the highest level of good housekeeping is maintained within the department at all times.

Suitable applicants will be reliable, accurate and possess a flexible working attitude. Candidates must be willing to work overtime if required and be physically able to undertake manual handling duties.
