Bonus is payable after 1 year of service.
Holiday entitlement raises by a day every 2 years up to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays.
This new vacancy has arisen due to company expansion. Excellent career progression available. The position would be suitable for either Graduates / AAT who are looking to commence their career, or experienced accounts / Bookkeepers.
The successful applicant will be part of a growing, busy telephone support team, which is headed up by a fantastic Manager. You would be assisting the company's corporate and professional client base in a non call centre environment, with a range of software queries.
Full training will be provided, not just as you start but as you continue to develop your technical knowledge and customer service skills. This is a fast moving company and throughout your employment a concentration on career development is always present.
You should have an interest in accounts and ideally an accounts qualification: AAT / Degree in Business and Finance or similar, either with or without commercial accounts experience, be IT literate, have a friendly personality, possess an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate well at all levels.
