Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm
The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver, with the ability to think independently and a desire to see a task completed to the end. They will have excellent written and oral communications and the ability to achieve and exceed customer driven deadlines, through clear communication, determination and organisation.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly amongst colleagues, with excellent customer care skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress into the Network Engineering side of business, someone who enjoys analysing a situation and working out the best solution whilst taking pride in their work.
The ability to undertake basic IT Network duties such as configuration work and undertake the necessary training to progress.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check

- Must be a team player as the candidate will be expected to work closely with sales teams and technical colleagues
- Experience of answering customer enquiries via the telephone and email

- Highly organised
- Solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
