No day will be the same in this varied role, you will be dealing with member queries, maintaining databases, processing requests in addition to other general administrative duties.
To be successful in this role you will need to be computer literate in Word and Excel, have the ability to work on your own initiative and possess excellent communication skills. Previous office based work experience, with minimum A-level (equiv.) required.
