Job Description

This is a 12 month maternity contract.

Purpose of Position

To manage the day to day running of the Treasury Department, ensuring transactions are processed in a timely manner, queries are responded to from colleagues within the business and month end deadlines are met.

Duties include:

Banking, Standing Orders and Direct Debits, Guarantees, Priority Payments,

Manual Payments, Company Credit Cards, AMEX, Cash Forecasting,

Quarterly Reporting, Commercial Property Lease Agreements, Housekeeping / Reconciliation items, Month End / Quarter End duties,

Education/Experience

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Relevant experience within a Finance Department or a busy administration department.
  • Some knowledge of the Banking world and making transactions in the UK and Internationally.
  • Organised and methodical nature.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and multitask within a busy role.
  • Excellent team player

Required Education & Experience

  • Educated to GCSE level or above (Maths and English)
  • AAT would be an advantage but not essential
